  I went to this store on 2/4/17 to turn in a phone on a Switch your phone to AT & T ,, first problem was the person who helped me had no idea how to process this , when she asked a manager he had to look it up he also did not know what to do. I left the store thinking everything was taken care of but when checking the status of my VIsa card, there was no record of the phone return. I called the store and was told the Manager would look into this and call me back. This was on Monday 3/13/17 as of today the manager still has yet to return my call...I do not recommend this store to anyone.
